Kirumb is the name for a family of Indo-European languages spoken in
Eastern Europe till about the fifth century AD. The most well-attested
dialect is that of Corinth, "K".
The name Kirumb comes from kirómbos, the most common
self-referent of its speakers, derived from the word kiróps
"gryphon".
Typology
Kirumb is inflectional, declining nouns for case and number and
conjugating verbs for person, number, voice, tense/aspect, and mode. The
dominant word order is verb-penultimate. Noun phrases are head-initial.
